This film from Tilo Diener and Thomas Gietzelt gives an impression about the origin of the micromoves in Bogatynia.  

During a three day workshop, a group of young people from Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic developed seven short films without sound. No silent movies, but movies, that wishes to be synchronized.

Während eines dreitägigen Workshops, hat eine Gruppe von jungen Menschen aus Deutschland, Polen und der Tschechischen Republik sieben kurze Filme ohne Ton entwickelt. Keine Stummfilme, sondern Filme, die sich Synchronisation wünschen.
